Hey yall ! I am so happy to finally share my secret ! This is my story on how I lost 27 pounds in 6 months without going to the gym. I followed a method called Intermittent Fasting which is a eating pattern where I eat at a certain 8 hour period and fast for 16 hours. Have you tried IF ? Tell me your story in the comments below.
